Easy Quiche
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray pie pan or cup cake pan with non-stick spray
Mix all ingredients, adding crackers last, together and pour into pans.
Takes about 20 minutes to cook in a pie pan, must watch carefully when cooked in cup cake pan. Quiche is done when a knife comes out almost clean. Do not over cook as the Quiche will continue to cook after removed from the oven.
