A protein-rich, keto-friendly snack.
Spelt Flour Flatbread
In a bowl, mix flour, oil and salt.
Gradually add enough water until a dough is formed which leaves the bowl clean.
Knead the dough on a firm surface for at least 2 minutes.
Place dough back in the bowl and leave for at least 20 minutes.
Cut dough into 8 equal pieces.
On a floured surface roll each piece into a thin round flatbread
lightly oil a heavy pan on a medium heat. Add a flatbread to the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the surface bubbles.
Turn over and repeat.
Do the same for each flatbread

Greek Yogurt and Avocado Spread
Use as dips for vegetables, chips, tortilla or use your imagination. It can also be used for burgers, sandwiches, and other meats as you so choose. Great on steak as well.
