Ingredients

  1. ½ cup / 15 gm amaranth
  2. 2 cups / 480 ml water
  3. 10 pieces cherries
  4. ¼ cup / 40 gm strawberries
  5. ¼ cup / 60 ml organic grass-fed or vegan milk
  6. 1 oz / 30 gm oatmeal squares

Directions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add amaranth.
  2. Allow to simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes, or until liquid has been absorbed.
  3. Then, mix the amaranth, berries, oatmeal squares and milk in a bowl.
  4. Best served chilled.
