Ingredients

  1. 2 medium avocados
  2. 1 medium or 8 cherry tomato(es), chopped
  3. 2 cloves fresh garlic or:
    • 2 tsp. / 6 g garlic powder
  4. 1 Tbsp. / 3 g mixed fresh herbs or:
    • 1 tsp. / 3 g dried or frozen
  5. 3 Tbsp. / 45 ml lemon and/or lime juice
  6. ½ cup / 75 g red onion, finely chopped
  7. Ground black pepper to taste
  8. Salt or substitute to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
