Ingredients

  1. 8 oz / 240 g salmon fillet, raw
  2. 2 Tbsp / 30 ml dill weed
  3. ¼ tsp / 1½ ml seasoning salt
  4. 2 Tbsp / 30 ml regular or eggless mayonnaise
  5. 1 Tbsp / 15 ml olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to at 350°F / 180 °C
  2. Cover a sheet pan with foil and spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillet on the baking foil and spray with oil.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and dill.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise on the filet with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
