Ingredients
- ½ banana
- ½ cup / 74 g blueberries
- ½ cup / 120 ml vegan milk (i.e. almond, organic sprouted soy, quinoa, hemp)
- 1 Tbsp. / 16 g nut or seed butter
- 1 tsp. / 4 g whole flaxseeds, ground just before use
- 1 tsp. / 3.4 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp. / 5 g psyllium husks or oat bran
- 1 tsp. / 5 g bee pollen granules or hemp hearts
- 1 cup / 30 g raw “power” greens (i.e., spinach, kale, chard)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately or freeze for later.
Serving size: 1 cup / 240 ml (170 g)

Hi, Moussa. Generally yes, but if you want to keep it keto, then you should replace them with a teaspoon of oil (olive, flaxseed, coconut) for each 2 tablespoons of any nuts or seeds.

What is seed butter?
My wife and I have this shake several time a week. We also add cinnamon, turmeric and spiralina which turns it into an icky green color. But how good can a shake be? This is the one. We call it a “Green Dragon” shake. Bon appetite !
