Ingredients
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 ripe medium bananas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C
- Mash bananas
- Stir in oats, then Chocolate chips
- Place on pan like cookies
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
Usually makes 10 cookies. Great to eat hot or cold.
Refrigerate or freeze after cooling to extend shelf-life.
