    Ingredients

    1. 40 gram oats
    2. 40 gram 100 % wholemeal flour
    3. ½ tsp baking powder
    4. 1 medium size banana
    5. 125 ml almond milk
    6. 100ml water

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend till you have a smooth batter.If the batter is too stiff, simply add some more water.

    I always sprinkle some blueberries and hemp seed over them.
    This will make 3 medium size pancakes.
