Ingredients

  • Ground Beef, 8 oz (216 g)
  • Butter, unsalted, 2 ounces (56 g)
  • Broccoli, 8 oz (232 g)
  • Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz (85 g)
  • Table salt, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon, ground (2 g)
  • Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Onion powder, 1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Parsley, 1 tbsp (4 g)

Instructions

  1. Clean and trim the broccoli, then cut it into small florets.
  2. In a frying pan, heat 2/3 of the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the beef and brown it on medium heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and parsley. Reduce the heat to low.
  4. In a different fry pan, fry the broccoli in the remaining butter for 5-6 minutes, stirring often. Stir your ground beef at the same time
  5. Add the broccoli to the cooked ground beef and taste. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  6. Place the broccoli and beef in an oven tray. Top with cheddar cheese and broil it in the oven for about five-eight minutes until golden.
