Ingredients
- Flaxseed, 2 tbsp, ground (14 g)
- Almond meal, 1 tbsp. (10 g)
- Coconut Milk, 0.8 cup (182 g)
- Almond Milk, 0.5 cup (131 g)
- Dried coconut, not sweetened, 1 tablespoon
- Blueberries, 0.1 cup (14 g)
- Pumpkin seeds, 0.5 portion(s) (5 g)
- Vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp (3 g)
- Cinnamon, 0.3 tsp (1 g)
Instructions
- Warm saucepan on the stove.
- Add flaxseed, almond meal, dried coconut, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut milk and almond milk.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is hot and it gets think like oatmeal.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and add mixed berries and pumpkin seeds.

It’s my first day you All sound very encouraging. I am already doing most of what has been mentioned but I just have to cut out the biscuits and over eating/ sort portion sizes and I will be fine.
Can i use almond flour instead of almond meal or just increase flax?

What kind of vanilla powder do you use??

How about as“overnight” oats? We currently do them for lowering cholesterol & this recipe seems like a winner!

Can I use Flac-Chia-Hemp mix instead of just flaxseed ground? If so do i need to change the measurements?
