Ingredients

  1. 4 cups cooked black beans
  2. 2 cups Vidalia or red onions
  3. 2 avocados, diced
  4. 3 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  5. 2 tbsp flaxseed or any healthy oil
  6. 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  7. pinch salt

Directions

  1. Mix black beans, onion and avocado in bowl.
  2. Whisk together vinegar, oil maple syrup or honey, salt.
