Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked black beans
- 2 cups Vidalia or red onions
- 2 avocados, diced
- 3 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp flaxseed or any healthy oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- pinch salt
Directions
- Mix black beans, onion and avocado in bowl.
