Ingredients

  1. 2 slices of sprouted grain (e.g., Ezekiel) bread or English muffin
  2. ½ oz. goat cheese
  3. ¼ c blueberries

Directions

  1. Spread goat cheese over bread or English muffin.
  2. Lay blueberries on top.
  3. Put some goat cheese on the other piece and place on top of blueberries.
  4. Put it in you George Foreman grill or in a non-stick pan with a brick on it.
  5. Heat until the goat cheese melts.Yummy!
