Ingredients
- 2 c cheddar cheese or recommended cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ c crumbled turkey sausage, cooked
- 8 eggs or 4 eggs and 4 egg whites
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Directions
- Spray and 8×8 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pace the cheese in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkly green chilies over cheese.
- Sauté onions in 1 tsp of coconut oi or use a non-stick pan with no oil at all.
- Sprinkle onions over green chilies. Sprinkle sausage crumbles over.
- Scramble eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Pour over sausage.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Next morning bake at 450° F for 30 minutes.
