Ingredients
- 10 Egg whites
- 2 Whole eggs
- ½ cup Diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup Chopped spinach
- ½ cup Diced onion
- 1 oz Cheddar cheese
- ⅛ cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into an 8×8 baking dish (round or square) prepared with non stick spray or olive oil.
- Bake 350°F for 35 minutes.
