Is the bacon cooked in the sauce pan after the broccoli steams or is it baked raw on top of the cheese…
Hi, Spl8fl. The bacon should be cooked first.
What other type of cheese can be used instead of Parmesan?
Hi, Spl8fl. Any full-fat hard cheese would be fine.

Hi, Spl8fl. You can use light (canned) coconut milk for cooking.
