Ingredients

  • Mushrooms, Fresh, 1 1/2 cups (146 g)
  • Butter, unsalted, 2 tablespoons (28 g)
  • Table salt, 1 pinch (2 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Parsley, 1 Tablespoon (4 g)
  • Garlic Powder, 1 tsp (3 g)

Instructions

  1. Clean and trim the mushrooms. Cut them in halves.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip the mushrooms until browned and tender on the other side
  5. Add the garlic powder, parsley and sauté for about 1 minute.
  6. Serve immediately.
