Ingredients
- Mushrooms, Fresh, 1 1/2 cups (146 g)
- Butter, unsalted, 2 tablespoons (28 g)
- Table salt, 1 pinch (2 g)
- Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
- Parsley, 1 Tablespoon (4 g)
- Garlic Powder, 1 tsp (3 g)
Instructions
- Clean and trim the mushrooms. Cut them in halves.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
- Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip the mushrooms until browned and tender on the other side
- Add the garlic powder, parsley and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately.

Is there a substitute for this item..don’t like mushrooms
Hi, Pwhitehs. Any low-carbohydrate vegetable will do. I suggest cauliflower or zucchini/courgettes, if you like those.
Pretty taste!I made it as a side dish.I wish I would have paired it with cheese stuffed meatballs though. Next time!
