Ingredients

  • Cucumber, 1 cup (109 g)
  • Cabbage, 1/2 cup, chopped (45 g)
  • Spring Onions (Scallions), 1 tbsp chopped (6 g)
  • Dill, 1 tbsp (18 g)
  • Table salt, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoons (15 g)
  • Avocado oil or olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp (21 g)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Add salt and mix thoroughly, pressing the leaves.
  3. Slice the cucumber and add it to the bowl with dill and scallions.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and then oil.
  5. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
