Ingredients
- ½ cauliflower
- ½ leek
- 1 cup filtered water
- Herbs and spices to taste
Directions
- Put cauliflower and leek into a saucepan with the filtered water. Bring to boil, then lower heat.
- Cook until soft, then cool. Blend in a blender or mixer until creamy, adding water as needed to attain the desired thickness.
