Ingredients

  1. ½ cauliflower
  2. ½ leek
  3. 1 cup filtered water
  4. Herbs and spices to taste

Directions

  1. Put cauliflower and leek into a saucepan with the filtered water. Bring to boil, then lower heat.
  2. Cook until soft, then cool. Blend in a blender or mixer until creamy, adding water as needed to attain the desired thickness.
  3. Add herbs and spices to taste.
