Ingredients
- Ground Beef, 1 1/4 pound (568 g)
- 2 yellow bell peppers (238 g)
- Garlic, 1 garlic clove (4 g)
- Table salt, 1/2 teaspoon (35 g)
- Provolone cheese, 4 slices (112 g)
- 3 eggs (129 g)
- Heavy Cream, 1/2 cup (117 g)
- Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp (6 g)
- Chili Powder, 1/2 tsp (1 g)
- Spring Onions (Scallions), 1 green onions (12 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking tray.
- Dice peppers, garlic, and scallions.
- Add the ground beef to a skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
- When beef is broken apart, but still pink, add the peppers, scallion, garlic, and salt. Continue cooking, stirring often, until beef is cooked through and peppers have softened a bit.
- Pour the beef and vegetables into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces and place over the beef mixture.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and place the dish in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let sit 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

What size baking pan?
Hi, Denise2020. A two-quart baking dish will do. Dimensions are often 13 x 7.1 x 2.3 inches for rectangular, or 8-inch square.
My wife and I enjoyed this dish.
