Ingredients

  1. ½ c cooked chopped skinless chicken breast
  2. 3 Tbsp chopped apple
  3. 2 Tbsp. chopped grapes
  4. 2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut butter
  5. 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  6. 2 Tbsp Honey (optional)
  7. 4-8 medium-large Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Mix all chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Spoon into lettuce leaf, roll and serve. Enjoy !!
