Ingredients

  • Chicken, 1 drumstick (122 g)
  • Anchovies, 3 anchovy (12 g)
  • Cucumber, 1/4 cup sliced (26 g)
  • Tomato, Fresh, 2 slice, thin/small (30 g)
  • Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp (28 g)
  • Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp (8 g)
  • Blue Cheese, 1/4 ounce (7 g)
  • Parmesan Cheese, 1/4 ounce (7 g)
  • Iceberg Lettuce, 1 cup (73 g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan at moderate heat for 8–10 minutes approximately.
  4. Chop the lettuce and put it in a bowl.
  5. Slice the tomato and cucumber and add them to the bowl.
  6. Add the chicken once cooked
  7. Add the anchovies.
  8. Add parmesan and blue cheese, cut into small pieces or grated.
  9. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
