what are leeks
Hi, JSUMLIN. Leeks are like thick green onions that are used in cooking.
Can you use chicken broth instead of powder and water?

What substitute can I use for the celery? More leeks, more carrots, or maybe add some mushrooms?
Hi, Jenny. Those are great alternatives.
Thankyou
