Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 16-oz can black beans, drained
- 1 16-oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 8-oz can no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 2 5-oz cans diced tomatoes w/chilis
- 1 small packet taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 24 oz chicken breasts (approximately 3 whole breasts)
- ¼ cup cilantro/coriander, chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken and cilantro in crock pot. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6½ hours. Remove chicken and shred. Return to pot and stir. Top with cilantro before serving.
