Ingredients

  • Butter, unsalted, 3 tablespoons (42 g)
  • Almond flour, 3 tablespoons (42 g)
  • Cream cheese, 2 oz (56 g)
  • Heavy whipping cream, 16 oz (454 g)
  • Cream, fluid, half and half, 17 fl oz (483 g)
  • Canned Crab, 15 oz (425 g)
  • Chives, 1 tablespoon chopped (3 g)
  • Thyme, 1 handful (2 g)
  • Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Parsley, 1 tablespoons (4 g)
  • Chili Powder, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)

Instructions

  1. Chop parsley anch chives.
  2. On medium-low heat, melt butter in a large pot. Add almond flour with cream cheese and whisk until well combined.
  3. Add heavy cream and half and half cream.
  4. Add crab and spices and cook on med-low until hot.
