Ingredients
- Butter, unsalted, 3 tablespoons (42 g)
- Almond flour, 3 tablespoons (42 g)
- Cream cheese, 2 oz (56 g)
- Heavy whipping cream, 16 oz (454 g)
- Cream, fluid, half and half, 17 fl oz (483 g)
- Canned Crab, 15 oz (425 g)
- Chives, 1 tablespoon chopped (3 g)
- Thyme, 1 handful (2 g)
- Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon (3 g)
- Parsley, 1 tablespoons (4 g)
- Chili Powder, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
Instructions
- Chop parsley anch chives.
- On medium-low heat, melt butter in a large pot. Add almond flour with cream cheese and whisk until well combined.
- Add heavy cream and half and half cream.
- Add crab and spices and cook on med-low until hot.
