Ingredients

  1. 4-5 chicken breasts
  2. 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  3. ¼ cup dried onion flakes
  4. 2 Tbsp. low-sodium organic vegetable bouillon granules
  5. ¼ tsp onion powder
  6. ¼ tsp parsley flakes
  7. ¼ tsp celery seed
  8. ⅛ dry mustard
  9. ⅛ chili powder
  10. ¼ tsp paprika
  11. 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  12. 3 Tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Combine all ingredients but the chicken and allow to sit for 15 minutes or more.
  3. Pour over uncooked chicken, turning to coat all sides.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
