Ingredients
- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup dried onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. low-sodium organic vegetable bouillon granules
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp celery seed
- ⅛ dry mustard
- ⅛ chili powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Combine all ingredients but the chicken and allow to sit for 15 minutes or more.
- Pour over uncooked chicken, turning to coat all sides.
- Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
