Ingredients
- Ground Turkey, 1 lb (453 g)
- Parsley, 1/2 cup (25 g)
- Onion, Fresh, 1/4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (28 g)
- Egg, 1 egg (43 g)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
- Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
- Coconut cream, 1/2 cup (118 g)
- Mustard, 2 tablespoons (34 g)
- Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon (15 g) .
Instructions
- Chop the parsley and the onion and whisk the egg.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, scallion, egg, some salt and some pepper.
- With your hands, form meatballs with the turkey mixture.
- In a skillet warm the oil, then pan-fry the meatballs.
- Once cooked, add coconut cream and mustard to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley, taste and, if necessary, add salt and pepper.

What is meant by coconut cream?
Hi, Ppaula. Coconut cream is the highest-fat coconut liquid available before the oil/butter. It is available in clearly labeled cans or mini-cartons.
