Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey, 1 lb (453 g)
  • Parsley, 1/2 cup (25 g)
  • Onion, Fresh, 1/4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (28 g)
  • Egg, 1 egg (43 g)
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Coconut cream, 1/2 cup (118 g)
  • Mustard, 2 tablespoons (34 g)
  • Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon (15 g) .

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley and the onion and whisk the egg.
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, scallion, egg, some salt and some pepper.
  3. With your hands, form meatballs with the turkey mixture.
  4. In a skillet warm the oil, then pan-fry the meatballs.
  5. Once cooked, add coconut cream and mustard to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley, taste and, if necessary, add salt and pepper.
