Ingredients

  1. 4 stalks celery chopped
  2. ½ head cauliflower, chopped
  3. 1 can water chestnuts, drained, chopped
  4. 8 green onions chopped
  5. 4 c frozen green peas
  6. 6 slices pre-cooked uncured turkey bacon
  7. ½ c olive oil mayonnaise
  8. ½ tsp Stevia
  9. ½ tsp salt
  10. ½ tsp ground black pepper
  11. 1 c cashews
  12. ½ pkg Neufchatel cream cheese softened

Directions

  1. Combine all chopped veggies in a large bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, Stevia, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour over vegeetables and nuts.
  4. Stir and refigerate 30 minutes.
