Ingredients

  • Egg, 6 eggs (258 g)
  • Red curry paste, 3 teaspoons (21 g)
  • Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup (108 g)
  • Poppy seeds, 1/2 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Table salt, 1/4 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Parsley, 1/2 tablespoon (2 g)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes approximately and let them cool.
  2. Remove the eggshells, then cut each egg in two, remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Put the eggs' whites in the refrigerator.
  4. In a bowl, mix the yolks with curry, mayonnaise, and salt.
  5. Fill the eggs whites with the batter and garnish with poppy seeds and chopped parsley.

    • Hi, futuresecure. You can just eat boiled eggs if you have them with an outside source of fat – eggs as they are would be just borderline keto-supportive. That’s why the mayonnaise is added here. Nuts are a good example of something you can have with it.
