Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 T powdered unsweetened cocoa
- 1 C skim milk
Directions
- Dump all of your ingredients in to vitamix container.
- Be sure to break up the banana.
- Blend on high until your desired consistency.
- Make sure to use a very ripe banana so you don’t need any sweetener.
If you don’t use a ripe banana you’ll want a sweetener!
