I have a question about the nutrition exchange values… I noticed on the recipe page the exchanges come up completely different than they do on the menu screen. I wanted to replace this shake in my menu, but when I put it in there, the values changed. Why is that?
Hi, bntnemenz. A few of the recipes have been adjusted, but they will be more consistent in the future. As we upgrade the site, temporary disconnects pop up, but they are never to a degree that will derail your efforts.
