  1. ¼ cup / 37 gm dates, chopped
  2. 1½ cup / 340 ml organic grass-fed or vegan milk
  3. ¼ cup / 20 gm finely ground toasted hazelnuts
  4. 1 tsp. / 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.

  1. I have a question about the nutrition exchange values… I noticed on the recipe page the exchanges come up completely different than they do on the menu screen. I wanted to replace this shake in my menu, but when I put it in there, the values changed. Why is that?
