    Ingredients

    1. 3 oz egg whites or white-based substitute
    2. 4 oz grape tomatoes
    3. 2 tsp butter
    4. ¼ oz basil leaves
    5. 1 Tbsp Red Robbins seasoning
    6. ¼ tsp black pepper

    Directions

    1. Sauté tomatoes and basil in butter.
    2. Add egg whites or substitute, and cook over low flame until firm
