Ingredients

  • Flank Steak, 20 oz (568 g)
  • Coconut Oil, 0.7 Cup (105 g)
  • Grated ginger, 1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Lime, 1 limes (68 g)
  • Garlic, 1 garlic clove (4 g)
  • Table salt, 1 Pinch (1 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1/3 teaspoon (1 g)

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic, squeeze the juice of the lime and grate the zest.
  2. In a bowl, mix the lime juice and zest, coconut oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Put the steak with the marinade in a pan and cook it at moderate heat, 4-5 minutes per side.
