Handy for eating with (say) scrambled eggs or soup or split and spread with soft cheese. Not much good for making sturdy sandwiches, however, as it will crumble under too much pressure.

Ingredients
- 100g Flax meal (ground flax seed)
- 25g melted butter
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp bicarb soda (baking soda)
- ⅓ tsp salt
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients, divide between 8 muffin cases.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Very quick and easy.
Serving size: 1 scone-sized roll
