  1. dead ripe banana takes the place of the sugar. Another recipe without sugar:

    Fried Apples
    2 to 3 Tablespoon Butter
    1 Granny smith apple
1 Sweet Apple, like red delicious, pink lady, gala, or etc.
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped Walnut or Pecan
    1/2 teaspoon caramel flavor
Cord and slice Apples. Melt butter into a skillet then add apples. Fried until Apples are almost tender. Then add nuts and cinnamon cook the apples until they are tender, remove from heat add flavor. Serve warm.
The one tart apple and one sweet apple bounce out the sugar. You think there is sugar in the Fried Apples.

  2. This shake look good and can’t wait to try it. Here is a good smooth drink
    Fruit Smooth
1 Ripe banana (dark yellow brown) 1 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
½ tps. Vanilla 1 Tbsp. Flex Seeds ground
1 cup Water 1 cup Ice (option)
1 cup Frozen or Fresh Mix Fruit, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, & etc. Without sugar
Add all the ingredients into a blend and mix until it’s smooth. Pour into a glass and drink it threw a straw for lest headache. !! Enjoy!!

*This smooth is good for a quick pick you up drink. The banana is a natural sweetener (the dark the banana the sweeter the taste of it.)
