Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, 8 oz each
- Juice of 1 large orange
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp crushed red chili pepper
- 4 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt or substitute to taste
Directions
- Cut chicken into cubes or strips and rinse well under cold running water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients but olive oil with a wooden spoon.
- In a large frying pan, add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, add chicken mix to the skillet.
- Toss to coat and let chicken cook until all juices dry up. Be sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving size: 4 oz of cooked chicken
