Ingredients

  • Feta Cheese, 7 ounces (203 g)
  • Cucumber, 1/2 Cucumber (10 - 12 cm) (100 g)
  • Red Pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper (58 g)
  • Black olives, 10 Olives (70 g)
  • Red onion, Fresh, 0.5 onion (54 g)
  • Olive Oil, 4 tablespoon (60 g)
  • Oregano, 2 teaspoon (6 g)
  • Red Wine Vinegar, 0.5 tsp (3 g)
  • Table salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp, ground (1 g)
  • Tomato, Fresh, 1 tomato (121 g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper, the onion, the cucumber and the feta cheese in pieces.
  2. Place them in a bowl, add salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Mix carefully and serve.

    • Hi, Lynall. Yes, it is for one serving. Keep in mind that this is the entire meal, so that’s why the calories seem high. The carbohydrate (and protein) content is still much lower than the fat content, so it is ketogenic. No worries.
