- ¼ cup / 60 g Greek yogurt, preferably organic pastured or vegan
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peel removed
- 2 Tbsp. / 10 g fresh cilantro or coriander leaves, chopped
- ¼ tsp. / 1 g onion powder
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced or ½ tsp / 2 g garlic powder
- ¼ tsp / 1 g cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. / 30 ml lemon or lime juice

- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
