Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup / 60 g Greek yogurt, preferably organic pastured or vegan
  2. 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peel removed
  3. 2 Tbsp. / 10 g fresh cilantro or coriander leaves, chopped
  4. ¼ tsp. / 1 g onion powder
  5. 1 clove fresh garlic, minced or ½ tsp / 2 g garlic powder
  6. ¼ tsp / 1 g cayenne pepper
  7. 2 Tbsp. / 30 ml lemon or lime juice

Directions

  1. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
