Ingredients

  1. 12 oz not-from-concentrate organic orange juice
  2. 1 barely ripe banana
  3. 1/4 cup frozen organic blueberries
  4. 1 cup organic leaf spinach
  5. 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  6. 1/4 cup organic old-fashioned rolled oats

Directions

  1. Pour the orange juice in the blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

This is delicious and gives you a very even sugar burn for about 3 hours.
Buy your spinach on sale and then freeze it…works great in a smoothie.
Don’t forget to add the blueberries or it will look like you dropped a frog in the blender ;-}
