Ingredients
- ¼ cup brown rice pasta
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 ozs chicken
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Fill pot with water & oil and bring to boil.
- Add pasta to water and lower heat to med/high. Stir pasta as often as it cooks.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt/ground black pepper and grill/broil until ready.
- Toss pasta and remaining olive oil.
- Put pasta on plate. Top with garlic and spinach. As final layer, put the grilled chicken on top.

im really struggling to find dinners ,is this recipe for 1?can you break down the recipes just for 1 its now 6.45 and ive been on here for half an hour trying to find something to cook need help. is warburtons wholegrain and oat bread ok to eat it has muscadavo sugar and caramilised sugars think ive gone wrong will i have to eat gluten free to get it right also can i swap a snack for a smoothie?

Regarding the bread, it’s not perfect (carmelized sugar isn’t so healthy), but the rest is fine. It is challenging to find the ideal bread (why so many people like to make their own). Why do you think you need gluten-free?
