Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium peaches, halved and pitted
- Dash ground cinnamon and nutmeg
- Pinch of Stevia or monk fruit sweetener
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey or agave nectar
Directions
- Heat a grill to medium-high. Sprinkle cut sides of the peaches with cinnamon, nutmeg, and stevia.
- Grill the peach halves until just warmed through and lightly grill marked, about 2 minutes per side.
- To serve, place the warm grilled peaches on dessert plates, top with the yogurt and drizzle the honey over.
Serving size: 1 peach, ¼ cup yogurt
