Ingredients

  • Beef, ground, 4 oz (113 g)
  • Egg, 1 egg (43 g)
  • Guacamole, 4 tablespoons (60 g)
  • Coconut oil, 1/2 tablespoon (7 g)
  • Salt, 1/2 tablespoon (7 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. With your hands shape the meat (aadd some salt, to taste) in a burger or a patty.
  3. Broil the meat for 3 minutes until the top is well browned. Flip the meat and continue to broil for 3 minutes more.
  4. In the meantime, heat coconut oil in a skillet and fry the egg.
  5. When the burger is ready, place the egg on top of the burger and add guacamole.
If you want to do your own guacamole: Place one avocado and lime juice in a small bowl and mash with a potato masher until smooth. Fold in garlic, scallion, cilantro and salt and mix until incorporated.
