Ingredients

  • Avocado, 1 avocado (158 g)
  • Parma Ham (Prosciutto), 9 slice (153 g)
  • Lime, juice of 2 (10 g)
  • Romaine Lettuce, 2 leaf outer (56 g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado and remove the seed. Then cut it in thick slices.
  2. Squeeze the lime on the avocado.
  3. Place the ham in a dish and wrap it around the slices of avocado.
  4. Stick a toothpick to hold in place.
  5. Place the lettuce on a serving dish and add the ham and avocado rolls.
