Ingredients
- Avocado, 1 avocado (158 g)
- Parma Ham (Prosciutto), 9 slice (153 g)
- Lime, juice of 2 (10 g)
- Romaine Lettuce, 2 leaf outer (56 g)
Instructions
- Cut the avocado and remove the seed. Then cut it in thick slices.
- Squeeze the lime on the avocado.
- Place the ham in a dish and wrap it around the slices of avocado.
- Stick a toothpick to hold in place.
- Place the lettuce on a serving dish and add the ham and avocado rolls.
