    Ingredients

    1. 60 g organic oats
    2. 65 g rice protein powder
    3. 10 g ground flaxseed and goji berry mix or:
      • 5 g each ground flaxseed and Goji berries
    4. 4 g ground cinnamon
    5. 1-2 cups water

    Directions

    Add all ingredients together in a small saucepan, and cook over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until thickened. If you prefer less thickness, add more water.
