Ingredients

  1. 3 Tbsp. / 30 g whole oats (not instant), preferably sprouted
  2. 1 Brazil nut, chopped
  3. 2 tsp. / 6 g pumpkin seeds
  4. 2 tsp. / 6 g sunflower seeds
  5. 2 tsp. / 6 g almonds, chopped
  6. 1 Tbsp. / 9 g dried currants or sultanas/raisins

Directions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.

Serve with plain yogurt, preferably organic vegan or pastured (6 oz / 170 g = ½ protein + ½ carb exchange)
