Ingredients

  1. ½ cup whole oats, steel-cut, uncooked
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 tsp local pure honey
  4. ½ cup organic pastured milk
  5. 1-2 Tbsp. coconut flakes and/or chopped pecans
  6. ½ banana (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook oatmeal in water as directed on oat package.
  2. 1 minute into cooking, add honey and nuts/coconut.
  3. Remove from heat, and pour into serving bowl, add banana (if desired) and milk.
