Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup / 8½ g dried basil
  2. ¼ cup / 6½ g dried parsley flakes
  3. 1 Tbsp. /3 g dried oregano
  4. 1 Tbsp. / 7 g onion powder
  5. 1½ tsp. / 1⅓ g dried thyme leaves
  6. 1 Tbsp. / 9 g garlic powder
  7. ¼ tsp. / ½ g ground black pepper
  8. ¼ tsp. / ¼ g dried sage

Directions

  1. Mix all well.
  2. Store in an air-tight container.

    • Hi, rnclark. Bananas are a great source of vitamin B6, potassium and several other essential minerals, as well as resistant starch. Regarding Dr. Oz, there may be some confusion there he does not categorically discourage banana consumption.
