Are achohol beverages aloud on keto
Hi, Laniholder. Many low-carb alcohol options are available if you follow a keto diet.
For instance, pure forms of alcohol like whiskey, gin, tequila, rum and vodka are all completely free of carbs. These beverages can be drunk straight or combined with low-carb mixers like selzer water and squeezes of fresh lemon or lime juice. for more flavor. However, they still have calories – about 100 per ounce – so be sure to budget for it, and don’t overdo!
