Ingredients
- Kale, 3 cups (198 g)
- Olive Oil, 2 tablespoon (30 g)
- Table salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
- Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Chili Powder, 2/2 tsp (2 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Separate each leaf, slice the stalk in chunks, wash and dry carefully.
- Place the leaves and the chunks in bowl, and cover with olive oil.
- Put some baking paper on an oven dish and place the kale. Sprinkle with salt, oregano and chili powder (to taste).
- Bake for approx. 10 mins, or until crispy.
