      • Hi, Candylm. The macro view is what you are allotted, but don’t worry about the difference with the recipes – at the end of the day, the calories and macro percentages and ratios work out to support ketogenesis and your personal needs.

      • Hi, Louthird. For keto, you are focused on making sure that you take in more fat grams than carbohydrate+protein combined.
If you want more variety at breakfast, you can have half a portion of this recipe (about 1 cup of the cream mixture plus 1/2 cup berries IF you don’t use blueberries) plus a small egg+bacon breakfast (1 egg cooked in 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 slices of bacon, 1/4 avocado).

      • Hi, Caltwins00. That really depends on your schedule – its best to eat just before you start your active day, then in the middle, and again in the evening. If you can approximate similar times each day, that would be ideal, but don’t stress too much about it.

      • Hi, welcwild. Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher-fat layer skimmed from the top of milk. It is available in small cartons in the dairy section, and clearly labeled as “heavy cream,” “whipping cream” (not “whipped” cream), or “heavy whipping cream.”
