I thought I saw that 1 serving of this bread was 2 slices. Is that correct?
Hi, Denise2020. One serving is 1/12 of this recipe, so if you’re able to slice the loaf into 24 slices, then you can use 2 of those slices as a serving.
can you make this without the gum
Hi, Amber. Yes, you can.
I made this bread today, and it came out looking beautiful and it tastes as good as it looked! Great recipe.
What size pan would I cook this in? Loaf pan?
Hi, My2020Goals. Yes – a 1.5-quart loaf pan will do.
